HARLEYS

The following links help me locate events around the valley for motorcycles.

The links below are places I frequent when doing stuff with my Harley.  You gotta spend money when you own a Harley and you really need to give that money to the right place!  There are too many cheesy places to throw money away at.  These folks know how to treat you real nice.

Buddy Stubbs Harley-Davidson (Cave Creek)

These guys have very good clothing/gear selections and the parts department is decent as well so I find myself here more than the other dealers.  I had a bad experience with the service department so I try not to go there for service anymore.  I have not bought any motorcycles from them because it always seemed like they had better things to do than sell me a bike.

Arrowhead Harley-Davidson

When Chester’s is too far to travel I go to these guys.  I bought my second Harley from here and it was a good experience as they made me a pretty good deal on my trade-in.  Lately they have have very poor customer service in the sales, rentals (I rented a couple of times from them) and clothing areas, so really the only thing I like to go to them for is service and parts.

Desert Wind Harley Davidson (used to be Chester’s Harley-Davidson)

The parts counter always has what I need and even though there are three other dealers closer to me I will travel to these guys when I want really good service and parts that nobody else has.  I bought my first Harley there and they treated me real nice.  However, I had a nightmare of an experience when I bought my third bike and because of it I will never go back to buy another bike.

Desert Custom Cycles

This establishment has an awesome lady that does great work with leather.  She has sewn all the patches on my jackets/vests—real cheap.  Quite a value.  The techs are real good too.  They make and sell custom bikes and work on stockers like mine.  They sell all kinds of accessories.  I bought my Mustang seats from them.

Cycle Gear

I frequent this place a lot.  It is nice to try on a helmet for size and appearance, as well as goggles, jackets, etc.  They also have stuff to help you maintain your bike like motorcycle jacks, oil, etc.
