Where can I find my account identifier and why do I need to know what it is?
Answer
The account identifier allows support to recognize/identify the account and information related to any registration specifics. It will be needed for any correspondence about your purchase or registration and can be located on the "About" screen on any of the applications - Neal's Cars, Neal's Weather, etc. The tablet apps and the phone apps use the question mark graphic ("?") to navigate to the "About" form. Any expired application will show it on the "Expired" page also. Most of the accounts have clickable links or are able to copy the account to the clipboard. If you click the clickable links you will navigate to the web site where information about the account will be displayed.

Question
When I installed Neal's Cars for the first time I selected "Create Account" and I think I should have selected "Associate With Account" instead because I want to see all of my information on both my tablet and my desktop computer without entering everything twice! How can I fix this?
Answer
This cannot be corrected via the software but it is easy enough to fix.

You will need to email me your two Account Identifiers (located on the About screen) and tell me which one you would like to keep. Let's call that one Device A, and the one you don't want to keep (with "bad" data) Device B.

I will then "reset" the account you don't want (for Device B) and you can "Refresh" your view using the menu options in the application or restart the application to get to the next step.

You should then get the option to answer the "Create Account" or "Associate With Account" again when using Device B. This time, select the "Associate With Account" option and enter the Account Identifier from Device A that has the data you want to use on Device B.
